I'm Mitchell, the founder. I have spent 20 years in IT, working on cloud infrastructure, security, device management, and automation.

I started this company because of something I kept running into. A ticket would come in, I would fix it, and it would close. A month later the same one would come in again. Nobody had asked what was causing it, because closing it was the part that got measured.

That is what I wanted to do differently. The ordinary work still gets handled quickly: helpdesk, troubleshooting, maintenance. But I wanted it written down as well. When the same thing turns up three times, it is usually telling you something about the setup, and it is worth the time to find out what.

The other thing I wanted was continuity. Whoever picks up already knows how your systems are put together, so you are not explaining the whole history from the start.

Outside work, most of my time is with my wife and daughter. I snowboard, play video games, and build things by hand. I volunteer where I can, usually on the kind of project that gets people into the same room.
